My name is Lisa Heywood I have 22 years experience in the care sector, I started as a care worker while completing my Nursing diploma, I then spent time in the NHS before branching in to the private sector in 2012 where I started my career in care homes as a clinical lead working my way into management roles. I have undertaken turn around projects and completed these successfully. I have had experience of CQC inspections. I have ran only good rated homes.

CQC mock inspections carried out over two days
This comprehensive two day mock inspection using the new single framework, you will be provided with the rating following inspections, a detailed report and a comprehensive action plan

Support with inadequate and RI inspected homes
Support is provided to improve the rating of your home this can be provided in person at your service or remotely depending on the needs of the buisness, support will be given to improve processes in the home. Prices are charged per day.

HR support
HR support issues from grievances to disciplinaries, prices are charged per hour and may vary depending if travel is involved.
£ 40-100 per hour
